When completing your profile and private memo, explain the priorities you want considered. For example, wanting a shared language is different from wanting shared religious practice. You choose whether to meet after an introduction; the directory does not make that decision for you.

If you both accept an invitation, your concierge helps arrange a 60-minute Coffee Date. Registration is free; an introduction depends on someone suitable being available.
