Talo is operated by Doppi, Inc.. These Terms cover our website, apps and concierge service. By continuing with registration, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Contact support@withtalo.com with service or billing questions.
You must be at least 18, use only your own account and provide truthful information. Search requires the current Terms and Privacy Notice.
There is no public member directory or swipe feed. Talo proposes a Coffee Date privately. Meet or Pass stays private unless both people choose Meet.
Coffee Date is a face-to-face introduction. After each date, including after exchanging contact details, share your wishes privately with your concierge: meet again, talk about your relationship, or end here. Check-ins are handled manually in your private chat. There is no meeting-count deadline for a relationship decision, and either person may leave at any time. Uncertainty or silence is not consent to another date.
Direct chat is private between one member and the concierge. Group messages are delivered immediately to the members in that Coffee group and the concierge.
Women use Talo free during the launch phase. Men use one Coffee Date Ticket for an introductory Coffee Date. Registration, introductions and coordination remain free through confirmation. Men buy published packs of 1, 3, 5 or 8 Tickets in their private concierge chat after the date is confirmed, and can buy again when they need more. View purchases in your profile. Buying Tickets does not book a date or automatically use a Ticket. Your concierge confirms Ticket use manually. Later dates in the same Pairing carry no additional Ticket charge. Your concierge manages Ticket use manually. Purchase Coffee Date Tickets in your private concierge chat after the date is confirmed; the five-Ticket pack is recommended. View purchases and Coffee Date dates in your profile. Tickets do not expire. Cancellation eligibility determines whether a Ticket carries over. Canada: C$49/C$132/C$195/C$280. Planned US pricing: US$39/US$105/US$156/US$228; the US launch follows Canada.
Tickets pay for our in-person Coffee introduction service, not digital content, a subscription or a guaranteed relationship. Coffee, food and travel are not included. The purchase screen shows the quantity, currency and total before you pay. Stripe processes payment; accepting a proposal does not automatically charge you.
If the other participant cancels, the man’s Ticket carries over to a future Coffee. If the paying participant cancels for their own reasons, that Ticket does not carry over. For a mutual cancellation or a cancellation by Talo, the man’s Ticket carries over. Your concierge handles Ticket adjustments manually. A carried-over Ticket stays with its original owner; it is not a cash refund. Purchased Tickets are non-refundable, including unused Tickets and when you stop searching or delete your account, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact support@withtalo.com about a billing error or your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights required by applicable law.
Provide only information and photos you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your content and allow Talo to process and display it for the service as described in our Privacy Notice. AI photo processing requires separate permission before upload. A portrait is an illustration, not identity verification. We do not guarantee an introduction, another person's conduct or a relationship outcome.
You may stop searching or request account deletion in the app. We may restrict access for safety concerns, fraud or breaches of these Terms. Contact support@withtalo.com to ask about a restriction or unresolved account issue. Stopping search does not delete your account.
Do not threaten, harass, discriminate, scam, impersonate, share another person's private information or evade safety controls. A block prevents new reads, messages and answers involving that person. It does not silently rewrite existing Coffee Date records.
